Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We do our best to show every item accurately. Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and a few listings use a sample photo of the style. The product description lists the fabric, colors and sizes. If something arrives that is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We email a receipt as soon as you place your order. If you have an account, sign in and open My Account, then Orders, to see all your receipts.

How can I return an item?

All sales are final and we do not give money refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days if they are unworn, with tags and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number. The full rules are in our Exchange Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Popular styles are restocked often. Call or email us with the item name, color and size, and we will tell you when we expect it back.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship to all 50 US states. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your order and your address, and is shown at checkout before you pay. You can also pick up your order at our store in Doraville, Georgia.
