These terms apply when you use mahiapparelusa.com or place an order with Mahi Apparel USA (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. Sales tax and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card is charged when you place your order.
Product information
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes can vary slightly between styles. If an item is not as described, see our Exchange Policy.
Shipping and pickup
We ship online orders to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost depends on your state and the number of items, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Our only store is in Doraville, Georgia, and you may pick up your order there instead. We normally prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the items passes to you once the carrier delivers them or you pick them up.
Exchanges, no refunds
All sales are final. We do not give money refunds; we offer exchanges only, as explained in our Exchange Policy.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale pricing is for business buyers. We may ask for business information, such as a resale certificate, before confirming a wholesale order.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity on your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Use of the website
- Do not use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Do not try to interfere with the website, its security or its checkout.
- Do not copy our photos, text or logo without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mahi Apparel USA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version in place when you order applies to that order.
